How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 14-21 business days from your order date for domestic shipping (shipping times may be shorter). If over 21 business days have elapsed and you still have not received a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at shoplondonsullens@gmail.com. Please allow 6-8 weeks for international orders.

How can I update my shipping address after an order has been placed?

For recently placed orders (less than 2 hrs old), you can change the address straight away. If it's past this 2-hour window, the new address information will go out to us, and we’ll do our best to forward the changes to the 3rd-party printers before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, we can request that the 3rd-party printer send a replacement order to your updated address.

Please note: because your address determines where your order is made, delivery countries cannot be changed.

My package has not arrived, yet the tracking information shows it was delivered. What can be done for me?

Unfortunately, if your package has been declared "delivered," London Sullens cannot provide accommodations for it. For damaged or missing packages, we recommend filing a claim through the carrier immediately. To ensure a response from the carrier, customers must file within 30 days of mailing. The mailing date is determined by the date the tracking information is populated. For more information on filing a claim with carriers, please get in touch with us at shoplondonsullens@gmail.com.

How do I wash my products?

We recommend machine washing in cold water and tumbling dry on low with like colors. If your item has a graphic, we recommend turning it inside out to preserve the print. If your item has a zipper, please zip it completely before washing and drying.
